Our Story

Premier Service Medical Investments (Pvt) Ltd, commonly known as PSMI, was established in 2003 with a clear mandate: to become a market leader in the provision of accessible, affordable, and professional healthcare services across Zimbabwe.

Over the years, PSMI has grown into the largest private medical services group in Zimbabwe, with 82 service centres located throughout the country. Our wide national footprint allows us to bring essential healthcare services closer to individuals, families, and communities.

PSMI operates through four key healthcare divisions:
