You are encouraged to register with your gynaecologist during the first trimester, which is the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

You should then book for hospital delivery before 26 weeks of pregnancy.

No appointment is required for a general doctor consultation. PSMI currently operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

However, patients are also assessed through a triage system, which allows urgent cases to be prioritised and attended to first.

PSMI facilities accept valid medical insurance, subject to the terms and conditions of each medical insurer.

We also accept cash and card payments. Payments are processed before services are provided.

Bank transfers are accepted; however, services will only be provided once payment has been received and confirmed.

Our operators are qualified ambulance technicians who can provide telephone guidance while you wait for the ambulance to arrive.

No co-payment is required to consult a general practitioner at any PSMI facility.

Some medical insurers cover selected specialist services, while others may not cover specialist costs or may only cover them partially.
