TRIPLETS BORN AT PREMIER SERVICE MEDICAL INVESTMENTS – WEST END HOSPITAL HARARE

PSMI EXTENDS A COMPASSIONATE GESTURE OF SUPPORT

PSMI West End Hospital is celebrating a remarkable triple blessing following the safe delivery of triplets on 30 July 2026.

Ms. Lucia Chauke, a 33-year-old mother of three and Mr. Nomore Marota, welcomed triplets on the 30th of July 2026 delivered at Premier Service Medical Investments (PSMI) West End Hospital, being two boys and a girl—Tapuwanashe, Tadiwanashe and Tawanda. The babies were delivered by Caesarean section at 34 weeks and four days by Dr S Manyame, supported by the dedicated PSMI West End Hospital maternity and neonatal teams.

The triplets recorded encouraging birth weights of 2,440 grams, 2,340 grams and 1,740 grams respectively. Ms. Chauke and her three newborns are doing well and remain in good health under the attentive care of the PSMI West End hospital’s clinical teams.

The joyful arrival has expanded the family from three children to six. The couple’s older children are aged thirteen, nine and three and comprise two girls and one boy. With the arrival of two boys and one girl, the family now has an equal complement of three boys and three girls.

Adding an extraordinary dimension to the family’s story, the proud father, Mr. Nomore Marota, is himself a triplet. He was overcome with happiness as he celebrated the safe arrival of the three newest members of the family—a special continuation of the family’s triplet legacy.

Representatives from PSMI Marketing and Customer Relations, together with the Acting Head of the PSMI West End Hospital – Dr C Popotai, visited Ms. Chauke to congratulate her, celebrate the safe delivery and share in the family’s joy.

Recognizing that the birth of three babies at once brings not only immense happiness but also significant financial and practical responsibilities, the PSMI Board and Management extended a compassionate gesture of support to the family. The hospitalization costs associated with the birth of the triplets were waived as an expression of goodwill and care.

The announcement brought smiles and much-needed relief to the parents, enabling them to focus on Ms. Chauke’ s recovery and the health and well-being of their newborns.

PSMI Board, Management and staff, warmly congratulate Ms. Lucia Chauke and Mr. Nomore Marota on the arrival of Tapuwanashe, Tadiwanashe and Tawanda. The organization also commends the attending doctors – Dr S. Manyame – Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Dr M G Chirisa- Pediatrician together with the PSMI West End Hospital maternity and neonatal teams for their professionalism, dedication and compassionate care throughout the delivery and postnatal period.

The safe arrival of the triplets is a proud and memorable moment for the family and the entire Premier Service Medical Investment staff. A celebration of new life, skilled medical care and compassion in action.
